History Association is an open Forum in which students and fellow members of the academic community can share their opinions and ideas, while promoting a thoughtful and constructive discourse. Apart from representing the interests of students in the History, History Society actively engaged in History a variety of events that are geared at enhancing the learning experience for students in History at DAV College Bathinda.

Activities Undertaken
Title of Event:- Educational tour to Dhanaulti, Massoorie and Ponta Sahib. (29.04.2022 to 02.05.2022)
Organising Department:- PG Department of History.
Achievements:- The students of B.A II, B.A III and M.A- History were gives an Opportunity to visit and study the culture and heritage of these historical and holy sites. The students also Participated in recreational and adventurous activities.
Other Information:- Tour was organized under guidance of Prof. Sandeep Bhatia (HOD) PG department of History.
Places Visited:- Dhanaulti, Massoorie and Ponta Sahib.

- Post Graduation Department of History organized a Seminar on the eve of Martyrdom day of Saheed Udham Singh.
