Placement and Career Counseling Cell
The objective of the Placement and Career Counseling Cell of DAV College Bathinda is to identify the potential of students, provide them training according to their strengths and weaknesses and groom them for competitively good companies. The Placement and Career Counseling Cell also formulates and organises activities, foundation courses, workshops, seminars, extension lectures, hands on training sessions, in order to equip the students with the requisites of a globally challenging employment market, thereby preparing them for meeting the expectations of the prospective employer during rigorous placement process.

Initiatives of the Placement & Career Counseling Cell
Due to the unrelenting efforts of the Placement and Career Counseling Cell, Recruitment Drives are organized in which reputed and illustrious companies recruit bright students of the college by conducting rigorous written tests as well as interviews.
