Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA):

CO1: BUSINESS ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT PRINCIPLES

 The students will be versed with various managerial functions. They can use this skill whenever they join the managerial positions or start their own business ventures.

CO2. BUSINESS STATISTICS

 After studying this course, students will acquire knowledge on the application of statistical techniques for data analysis. This knowledge can be used by them in their research projects.

CO3. BUSINESS RESEARCH METHODS

This course is designed to provide students with the necessary skills and knowledge to determine the information necessary to address an identified research problem (basic or applied) and, using this understanding, develop and use an actionable research proposal. In this process, the students will gain an understanding of relevant approaches and elements of undertaking a research inquiry specifically to provide insights to solving a relevant problem. They will develop critical core competencies and skills required to carry out such an inquiry.

CO4. RURAL MARKETING

The main aim of this course is to give the students a wide scope and understanding of how the working is done in the rural areas. Learn what are the challenges and how to work on it further.Understand how the industry and what are the challenges that they need to face.

CO5. BRAND AND PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

 The course considers how companies introduce and manage product portfolios and individual brands so as to meet the needs of consumers and the strategic goals of the organization. It provides students with insights into the management of products/services throughout their life cycles, including new product development, and the use of branding strategies through a consideration of the relevant literature and real-life examples in a variety of sectors.

CO6. INTERPERSONAL SKILLS IN MANAGEMENT

To appreciate how their communication style affects specific situations and the people around them.Identify how to adapt their behavior and communicate effectively for each scenario.Create a positive work environment through improved awareness of personality styles. CO7. MANAGEMENT OF INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS

Acquire theoretical and practical perspective on many aspects of industrial relations.Understand the key participants, institutions, relationships and processes in employment relations. Understand various acts in indian context.

CO8. INSURANCE MANAGEMENT

Gain the ability to analyse, interpret and understand issues related to insurance application.Effectively assist and contribute to risk management problems within modern financial markets or institutions .Be able to seek senior positions in the insurance, finance and financial risk management arena or proceed to further postgraduate studies.

CO9. INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT

To provide knowledge on investment and investment schemes.to familiarize students with security analysis and security valuation and also portfolio selection and construction. To acquaint students on the calculation and decision making on securities, investment schemes and financial products.

CO10. WORKSHOP IN TIME AND WORKLOAD MGT

The outcome of this course is that students build self-confidence in their ability to manage their time and balance their workload.

CO11. SEMINAR ON SUMMER INTERNSHIP

To  enable the students to test the theoretical learning in practical situations by accomplishing the tasks assigned during the internship period. Student become able to apply various soft skills such as time management, positive attitude and communication skills during performance of the tasks assigned in internship organization.
